Jun 6, 2026 - Taking care of your body through diet and exercise is a lifetime process. So is taking care of your mind. With the current transits, this is a wonderful time to start reading (or do you already have one or two books you are working on?) or doing other activities to stir your creative imagination. Keep your brain healthy! And we can never know enough about how the food we ingest effects our well-being, and which of the natural substances available to us can benefit our health most.
Jun 7, 2026 - The aspect at play reminds us that there are always two ways to do something (if not more!). You can either work out or not. You can eat healthy food, or not. Then there are decisions we make unconsciously: how do you sit in your chair when you work? Do you use good posture, with a strong back and the abdominal muscles slightly flexed? Or do you slouch and let your shoulders cave in? Pay attention while you still have a choice!
