Don't worry if you feel like the people around you aren't taking you seriously. It just isn't your day, and others aren't particularly receptive to what you have to say. There's no need to be hard on yourself. Try again another day.

There's never a good time to slack off and neglect your duties. You may leave them for a bit, but you'll still have to take care of them in the future. It's better to do them now so you won't have to worry about them tomorrow.
